Exclusive Luxury Short Breaks

Welcome to the new age of the train. High speed rail journeys up to 6 hours are now a real alternative to a short haul flight, that takes you to the south of France, Belgium, Netherlands and western parts of Germany and Switzerland. Even going further afield, travelling by comfortable sleeper you gain extra time. So why are people coming back to the train, after all surely it’s quicker and cheaper travelling on a low cost flight?
Train travel is an innovative travel experience uniquely tailored to fit in with the environmental issues of the 21st century. But it’s more than that. Take our most popular holiday, the Grand Italian Tour, you start from Waterloo in the centre of London, from November 14th from the fabulously restored gothic St Pancras station. Check in is minimal, your bags stay with you throughout, so you’re not wondering when you’ll next see them. Of course there is a security check, but it’s quick and not intrusive. Train carriages are roomy, you’re free to move around, get a snack from the Bistro, if you travel 1st class on Eurostar, a 3 course meal with wine is served at your seat. Why not stop for a

day or two in Paris, it’s on the way, so make it part of the holiday? With one easy transfer in Paris or Geneva you arrive in Rome next morning relaxed and ready to sightsee. Then there’s the journey itself, why look at clouds when you can enjoy the varied countryside. You’re much more likely to be travelling with the locals, the whole atmosphere is much more enjoyable. Eurostar Italia high speed trains whisk you to Florence and Venice, both the stations are right in the middle of town! Then on your last day in Venice you can linger to 7 pm before taking your comfortable sleeper home. All the hotels are happy to look after your luggage while you enjoy Italy!
Benefit from our 12 years experience whether on business or pleasure, taking a holiday or just requiring tickets - we look forward to hearing from you!
