Days 1 – 3 Travel by Eurostar High speed train to Brussels and Cologne where you connect with the sleeper train to Moscow. This part of the holiday is independent so you can travel earlier for extra time in Moscow or stopover en route at Cologne or Warsaw
Days 3 – 6 Stay at the Cosmos Hotel, Moscow visiting Red Square, Kremlin before departing in the evening Day 6 on the Baikal train
Days 6 – 10 Spent on the train arrive Irkutsk for city tour then transfer to lakeside chalet at Listvyanka on Lake Baikal – very quiet
Day 11 Visit outdoor museum of historical local buildings of Siberia, visit a private zoo and enjoy a Banya – the Russian sauna
Day 12 Ferry trip on Lake Baikal followed by a trip on the Circum Baikal railroad with stops at picturesque locations |

Day 13 - 14 Depart from Irkutsk to Ulan Bator for an excursion to a traditional Mongolian Ger camp for evening meal and overnight
Day 15 Visit to a local herdsman’s family to experience the normal daily life of nomadic people
Day 16-17 Stay in Ulan Bator including city tour
Days 18 – 19 Travel through the Gobi desert across the Great Wall of China to arrive Beijing at 14.30
